At Burgoyne Construction Ltd.; we believe that quality work starts with doing the job properly from the beginning. During roofing, siding, deck, and exterior projects, we inspect the areas we're working on and bring any visible rotten or damaged materials to the homeowners attention before covering them up.
We've repaired decks and discovered rotten wood around areas such as rim joists and wall structures. When we find problems, we show the homeowner what we found so they can make an informed decision about the necessary repairs. We believe it's better to address the issues properly rather than simply covering them up.
Coordinating Your Project
We have experience building additions, garages, and sheds, including insulation & drywall work. When a project requires a specialized trades, we coordinate with qualified subcontractors such as electricians, plumbers, drywall finishers, and painters. This allows us to manage different parts of a renovation while keeping the project organized. We can also coordinate specialized work such as ceiling tile installation and repair and suspended ceiling work.
